Net weight: 900 kgs. Operation The springs are manually inserted and, at the end of each row, the operator presses the pedal and starts the assembling cycle. With a single operation the jaws are closed, the spring linkage helical is fed then cut and bent at both ends automatically. When the cycle is concluded, the spring units are moved forward and the jaws are ready to receive more springs. The AM-120 performance is excellent; it is a highly reliable and productive machine for spring units and mattress manufacturer. Controls And Features PLC control and operator's panel. Control units are located on two panels, one of them can be oriented, to help an easy machine set-up. An innovative helical control device limits adjustment times in case of a collision. The system's sensors ensure an immediate stop without any deformation of the helix. The device can activate immediate stop the machine also. Can count the spring rows automatically. Can pull out the inner-spring units automatically after finishing the enactment of the rows. The spring rows can be controlled by computer.
