Components
Cradle unwinder at the far right end of the table, synchronized with the Bluejay pulloff device, maintains loose tension of the fabric, and includes an electronic edge control.
Bluejay pulloff device at the left side of the picture, which clamps the fabric and pulls it down the table.
Cutter mounted at the right end of the table, to the left of the cradle unwinder.
Operation
When the Bluejay reaches the programmed length, it signals the cutter to cut the fabric.
While the cutter is cutting, the pulloff device begins to return to the right end to grab another ply and repeat the process.
Additional Notes
The cradle unwinder is not included in a new Bluejay price; it is additional.
