Hauser, QLA3100, 1999, Working Width 2500mm, Max Working Length 4000mm, 11390x5286x2300mm

Description

  1. Overview
    1. The qla is a cross-cutting, slitting and stacking machine used for the fully automatic unwinding and cutting of large pieces of textile and other flexible materials.
    2. It has the ability to adapt material feed, cut size, doffing and stacking precisely to the task at hand.
    3. The qla has dual driven unwinding machines with edge control and end-of-roll switch off.
    4. The cross cutter and the carriage run on dual hauser linear units, driven by three-phase current servomotors through toothed belts and low-backlash transmission units.
    5. The tension between the infeed rollers and carriage can be changed using an electronic gearbox and optimally suited to the material.
    6. Lengths, number of pieces, speeds, doffing program, correction factors and machine parameters are entered using a keyboard and are shown on the display.
    7. The most important machine modes are shown during production operations.
    8. Cutting operations are fully automatic.
