One Atlas vertical lift shaftless unwind stand – driven
Unwind diameter: 1200 mm nominal
Two substantial stub shafts with side lay to hold 2 chucks; the side lay movement allows for chucks to lock into parent roll cores
Two different methods of locking are used:
Method A: 2 locking chucks are provided with profile to connect into an airshaft that has similar profile; the airshaft should have the same diameter when inflated as the core diameter of the parent roll
Method B: 2 air chucks (provided by purchaser) that will replace the existing chucks that will inflate to grip inside of core provided that the roll width is enough for the side lay to allow grip – otherwise method A should be employed
