Spiked lattice is high quality wooden lattice, with thick canvas backing and angle steel supporting. Horizontal feed lattice is PVC lattice, one in front of the spiked lattice and one behind the spiked lattice. Diameter of stripping rolls with pins: 380 mm, with three lines of pins on, the ends of the rolls are anti-fiber-tangle type. Vibrating plate is made of 1.2 mm thickness cold roll steel. Two infrared photoelectric units in the hopper feed. Worm wheel manually adjusts the width of vibrating feeding hopper. Power: spike lattice 2.2 kW with inverter, vibrating plate 1.1 kW.
