  3. Mercerizing and Dyeing Section
    1. Stainless steel guiding and deviation rollers for feeding into 1st bath for mercerizing the warp
    2. Roller width of all the baths: 2000 mm
    3. Comprising of 10 dyeing baths each with 2 roll squeezing mangle
    4. Each bath exit feeding warp into compensator for oxidation by expanding and guiding rollers
    5. Production speed: 50-60 m per minute
  4. Pre-Dryer and Sizing
    1. Exit of dyeing section into pre-dryer steam heated with 12 cylinders, teflonized
    2. Entry into sizing bath double dip and squeeze
    3. Exit and feeding into cylinder dryer with 12 cylinders

    1. Feeding into compensator with approx 120 m contents for continuous interruption-free production
