Description
Overview
Subject to availability
Two leviatan scouring plants for greasy wool
Manufacturer: Ilma
Plant 1 Specifications
Working width: 1200 mm
Manufactured in stainless steel
Construction year: 1970
Hopper feeder
Beater
5 tanks with squeezing presses and conveying tables among a tank and the other one
Drying unit composed of 4 sections
Important: the plant is equipped with a system for the collection of the earth wastes, without endless screws. All the tanks, in their lower part, have a very capacious conical section to collect all the earth and which allows, when it is unloading in automatic mode, to reduce the loss or the water volumes or emulsion, because all the earth wastes are concentrated, thanks to the conicity of the tank, in the lowest part of the tank. Then, since all the earth wastes are concentrated in the conical part of the tank, there is no turbulences when the steam is sent, and the bath remains much more clean. N.b. this system, instead of the endless screws, is a big advantage because the screws, which eject the earth wastes from the tanks, requires a considerable maintenance, since they have to be replaced very often, because they are torn by the abrasive effect of the earth.
Some spare parts are available
