Oven is 15 feet long x 191 inches wide floorspace dimensions and 10 feet high with 3 inch semi-rigid fiberglass insulation in 30 inch panel width
Maxon 415 Oven-Pak II gas burner with pilot burner and all safety devices
Propane or natural gas may be utilized
7 1/2 hp northern blower fan with Baldor motor
Supply and return air plenums
Exhaust fan driven by a 2 hp AC Baldor motor
Rolls inside the oven are driven
Cooling Section
One circulating fan and two exhaust fans
Input air will be drawn from outside of the building and exhausted back to the outside of the building

Touchscreen controls
Allen Bradley Compact Logix Ethernet PLC HMI allowing for programming of line speed, temperature settings and fan speeds
Setup is flexible so that alarms, recipes, etc. can be added with no additional hardware cost
Conveyor
1 inch x 1 inch mesh galvanized flat wire belt passing through the oven and cooling chamber extending 42 inches outside the entry end of the oven and 30 inches outside the exit end of the cooling chamber
