Description

  1. Cleaver-Brooks Firetube Boiler
    1. 100 bhp, built 2006, Cleaver-Brooks 4-pass wetback package firetube boiler.
    2. 150 psig design pressure, model CB-LE-4W1-200-100-150ST.
    3. Equipped with a Cleaver-Brooks CBLE full modulation low emission burner for gas / #2 oil firing.
    4. Fireye E110 microprocessor controller.
    5. Blower and motor suitable for full output up to 700 ft.
    6. Motor driven air compressor for fuel oil atomization installed on the boiler package.
    7. Fuel oil pump with motor drive, shipped loose for field installation.
    8. All other fuel oil equipment (fuel oil valve train and controls) factory installed on the package boiler.
    9. Blower is 2 hp; air compressor is 3 hp; oil pump is 0.5 hp.
    10. Electrical requirements are 480/3/60.
  2. New 100 hp Hurst Boiler
    1. New Hurst 100 bhp, wetback, 150 psig design pressure, 3-pass package firetube boiler, model S4-GP2-100-150.
    2. Capable of making 3,450 pph of saturated steam from and at 212° f.
    3. Designed, constructed, and stamped in accordance with ASME code section I.
    4. Equipped with a Power Flame low NOx burner designed for 30 ppm NOx when using FGR, natural gas / #2 oil firing, and fully modulating control.
    5. Fuel train includes UL, FM, IRI, CSD-1 approvals.
    6. Includes Fireye E110 microprocessor controller.
    7. Manufacturer’s standard trim and controls including operating and limit pressure control, on/off feedwater pump control, water column with gauge glass and low water cutoff, probe type auxiliary low water cutoff with manual reset, water column drain valve, safety relief valve(s) per ASME code, steam gauge, stack thermometer, blowdown valves, and FGR piping.
    8. Electrical requirements are 480/3/60.

    2. Capable of making 5,175 pph of saturated steam from and at 212° f.
    3. Designed, constructed, and stamped in accordance with ASME code section I.

    5. Includes one water glass gauge.
    6. One G28, 8-stage, stainless fitted, centrifugal pump equipped with high temperature mechanical seals.
    7. Pump capacity of 10 gpm at 300 ft dh.
    8. Pump mounted on formed steel unit base and close-coupled to a 2 hp, 230/460 v, 60 hertz, 3 phase, 3500 rpm vertical drip-proof motor.
    9. Includes one 30 in high structural steel tank support stand.
    10. Includes one magnetic across the line starter in NEMA #1 enclosure with HOA switch.
    11. Includes pump suction piping with shut-off valve.
    12. Panel mounted and wired to motor.
