The line is designed for drying and fixation tenter for pretreated fabrics with the following different equipment: fabric feeding unit, buffer storage, padder/foulard, weft straightener and tenter with buffer storage.
The machine has been used for light 100% PA and PES-woven fabrics 100-180 g/m2 as well as for heavy work wear fabrics 240-360 g/m2.
The fabric can be run from roll to roll or from cart to roll.
Specifications
Speed has been 30 m/min to 60 m/min depending about the fabric and its moisture.
Normal working temperatures have been 150 to 220 °C.
The machine is computer controlled and you can save the process instructions and data to the system.
The tenter includes moisture control system and Mahlo's Orthomat weft.
Control systems were renewed in 1997.
