1. Boiler will be cleaned on the fireside and waterside, painted, and hydrostatically tested
2. New Honeywell flame safeguard controls will be installed after which the boiler will undergo a simulated test fire to identify and replace any defective combustion controls, mod motors, or gas train components

1. Boiler will be sold with a guarantee that the pressure vessel and tubes is in good condition and the boiler will pass a hydrostatic test at startup
2. 1 year parts replacement warranty on the flame safeguard controls
