Description

  1. Overview
    1. Yarn drawing-in and knotting machine for the production of hang tags.
    2. Automatically handles tickets made from paper, cardboard and synthetic materials.
    3. All forms of tickets, even folded tickets or brochures, can be handled on the machine.
    4. Tickets are fed in piles without stopping the machine.
    5. The E1 machine automatically produces tickets with hole, eyelet, washer and knotted yarn loop.

  3. Work Stations And Functions
    1. After placing tickets into the magazine (adjustable in size and form), tickets are transported automatically to the following stations.
    2. Punching station or station for washer: the hole is punched into the ticket; standard diameters are 3, 4 or 5 mm.
    3. Eyeletting station for standard metal eyelets diameter 4 mm; by exchanging the tools other eyelets can be handled too.
    4. Yarn drawing-in and knotting station: the yarn length is stepless adjustable by means of lever.
    5. Yarn feed: yarns are inserted into the machine either directly from cone spools or from the yarn accumulator FS; problematic yarns such as textile covered elastic yarns can only be fed from the yarn accumulator FS; in case of obstruction the machine stops.
    6. The finished ticket is aspirated by a suction tube into a receiving magazine (valve control); tickets are systematically arranged, ready for removal; after reaching the programmed quantity of tickets the magazine moves to the next station.
    7. The vacuum unit GE vacuums paper and yarn residues into receptacle.
    8. A Siemens PLC control takes over all control and supervision functions; in case of obstruction the fault is indicated on the control panel in writing.
