  2. Material Handling Flow
    1. Tilting the container with the rolls on a transportation belt
    2. Rolls are transported to the packing unit
    3. The packaging material is dispensed from a magazine, capable of holding 3 rolls of different width. It goes vertically downwards into the lower part of the machine and the packing table
    4. The rolls are pushed against the curtain of packaging material. During this process the packaging material almost fully envelops the roll
    5. There is a stationary welding bar between the receiver and the packing table. The welding is always at the center of the rolls. The package will be dependably and tightly enveloped
    6. The rolls are then moved by an automated transport system into the appropriate position and the side ends are ultrasound welded
    7. The packed rolls get a self-adhesive label with barcode on the outside, controlled by a P/C
    8. Finally the packed and labeled rolls are moved out of the machine and are lifted to be stored in one of the two dedicated containers
