    1. Maximum capacity approximately 600 kg/h
    2. Line is approximately 65,000 mm long and has 8 spinnerets
    3. Existing spinnerets are suitable for fibers 8 dtex to 70 dtex
    4. Further blanks for spinnerets are available and can be designed according to request (at a specialized factory)
    5. The blanks are paid already, only the drillings for the wholes need to be paid extra
    6. Line control by touch screen
    7. The polymer pipes are dephueyl-heated
    8. The line is dismantled

    1. Designed and manufactured by ESL England, originally built 1996
    2. 150 mm diameter 30:1 L/D ratio extruder screw
    3. Barrel is heated in 8 zones: zones 1 to 7 have 12 kW heaters, zone 8 is 14 kW
    4. Cooling blowers at zone 7 and 8
    5. Extruder drive is 313.6 kW @ 1830 rpm, type LAK 4250A Thrige-Scott
    6. Gearbox: Rossimotriduttory, type MR2L-320
    7. Length (heated): 4500 mm

    2. Consumed power is generally 60% of installed power
    3. Compressed air consumption is 2 cubic metres per hour at 7 bar pressure
    4. Water consumption is 0.5 cubic metres per hour at 5 bar pressure
    5. Floor should have 3 tonnes per square metre load bearing capacity
    6. These figures are as the machine was originally built and do not take into account any modification
