  1. Overview
    1. Sample spin system with two models: Y1 (computer controlled) and SY (mechanically controlled).
    2. The system consists of three independent working units in one compact machine: carding unit, drawing and mixing unit, and ring spinning unit.
    3. The machine has 2 drafting units and ring spinners.
    4. Maximum spinning speed is up to 16,500 rpm.
    5. Twisting range is adjustable between 200 to 950 turns per meter.
    6. Can produce ring spun yarn from Ne 6/1 to Ne 40/1 (Y1 model) or Ne 20/1 (SY model).
    7. Suitable for most types of mixed fibers: bamboo with silk, cotton with viscose, wool, acrylics, and other combinations.
    8. No adjustments of the machine are required to produce different kinds of yarns.
    9. Uses a very small amount of fiber (only 5-10 grams of fiber can be used for each trial).
    10. Can produce real samples very quickly in only 3 minutes.
    11. Only one operator is needed to make the samples; one operator can easily create 70-80 different samples in one shift.
