    1. This proposal does not include the supply of equipment and services not mentioned in the scope of supply. In particular, the buyer has to provide at his own expenses the following:

All building, steel structures, including stairs, platforms, elevators, working and rest room, offices with relevant furniture, fire-fighting, grounding, lighting and health protection, normal and emergency illumination of the plant, heating – cooling – air conditioning for rooms, communication and signalling facilities
      2. All civil engineering, civil works, foundation including foundation bolts and rods
      3. Storage and warehouse for raw materials, fuel oil, utility materials, spare parts, main and by products, including wastes
      4. Transport equipment like fork lifts, transport trolleys, transport cars, mechanic or electrically operated hoists
      5. All raw and auxiliary materials, Dowtherm, thermal oil, lube oil, grease and chemicals
      6. Utility units: service, instrument and process air production, steam production deionized water production, chilled water production, cooling water system
      7. Mechanical, electrical and instrument workshops and tools
      8. Social and sanitary outfit, sewer system
      9. Rain water system
      10. Air-conditioning and ventilation system for the production buildings
