The Zinser 517/1 is a high-speed drawtwisting machine for the production of drawtwisted polyamide or polyester yarns in a range to PA 17-460 decitex or PES 17-330 decitex.
The draw unit placed on top of it is designed in frame type construction and includes the delivery draw rolls driven by individual motors and the feed system consisting of delivery rolls, the spring-loaded pressure rolls as well as of the yarn entry arranged before it.
