Double motorization
The frame of the SFD is mounted on bearing in order to push it easily back for maintenance. The distance to the needleloom frame will be of 30" in open mode
Conical holes in the bed place Ø 8 mm on top / 8.5 mm on bottom
Blowing device in needle boards and stripper plate
Suction box under the table with multiple air pick-up points across the working width (fan and dust collecting equipment not included)
Automatic top dead center positioning
Ability to run in a "non needling" mode which allows to run through the loom without the needle beam moving. Gap between bed plate and stripper plate in that running mode: 75 mm
Maximum gap between bed plate and stripper plate in maintenance mode: 90 mm
