Description

  1. Working Process
    1. Webbing feeding → dyeing → thermofixation → washing → drying and sizing → webbing taking-off.
  2. Specifications
    1. Speed and turnout: 0 – 15 meter/pc/min.
    2. 1–4 pcs at one time depending on the width and tenacity of the webbings.
    3. Roller working width: 400 mm.
    4. Working rollers with capacity for 6000 kg tensile force.
    5. The operating speed is able to be adjusted according to the thickness of the webbing, the color shade and the intended dye to be applied.
    6. The elongation rate can be pre-set according to the tensile strength of the webbing.
    7. Heating system can be built with gas (propane gas/natural gas) or electrical systems on option.
    8. Heating temperature up to 220 °C.
  3. Configurations
    1. Webbing feed-in unit: 4-roll feeding stand.
    2. Dyeing bath: with double pressure 3-roll padder, pneumatic controlled and pressure infinitely adjustable; with independent driving system. Body material made of acid-resisting stainless steel. Equipped with automatic dye liquor mixing device.
    3. Infrared pre-drying unit: heating by infrared quartz tubes with automatic instant power-off motion on emergency. Inside cover made of stainless steel.
    4. Pre-elongation unit: built on elongation frame with 4 elongation rollers. With tensioning carriage controlled by pneumatic dancer. Driven by independent motor and inverter controlled.
    5. High temperature thermofixation cabinet: 60 meter content. Electric heating or gas heating optional. Thermostatic controlling system with auto. power-off motion on over-heating. Special draft fan with hot air circulating duct. Three-layer body with inner body made of stainless steel.
    6. Open cooling unit: with 8 rollers in stationary execution.
    7. Post-elongation unit: built on elongation frame with 6 elongation rollers. With tensioning carriage controlled by pneumatic dancer. Driven by independent motor and inverter controlled.
    8. Webbing take-up unit: positive drive. With tensioning carriage pneumatically controlled. With overload protection system (automatically stop the operation). With 2 x take-up rollers and 4 detangling rollers.
    9. Electric control box.
