Fresh Tomato Pre-Handling Section
Fresh fruit receiving pool and hydraulic flume: concrete structure covered by smooth ceramic tile, gradient 3%, receiving pool dimension 12000×1550×700mm (L*W*H), hydraulic flume dimension 20000×650×700mm (L*W*H), for fruit storage and transportation, supply water circularly, transports fruits by hydraulic power.
Low-level bucket elevator: model TW2A-25, dimension 5711×1360×2165mm (L*W*H), power 2.2kW, capacity 25 tons per hour, sus 304 stainless steel scraper structure, plate thickness 3mm, against fruit clamping design and water-penetrating structure, scraper driven by strengthen chain, chain manufacturer Huangshan, sand, earth and foreign matters fall to bottom of flume.
Air-blowing and washing channel: model TW3C-25, dimension 8715×2756×2300mm (L*W*H), capacity 25 tons per hour, water required 40 tons/hour, power 8.5kW, main structure with sus 304 stainless steel, 7 spraying nozzles equipped to drive fruit ahead, air blower with high power feeding air from bottom, perforated stainless steel baffle plate separates fruit from dirt.
Fruit washing and sorting combiner: dimensions 5500×1250×1200mm (L*W*H), rating capacity 25 tons per hour, ss rolling wheel against clipping fruit design, roller belt with first part climbing and second part horizontal, driving chain for tomato transport rollers driven by mechanical speed variator, spraying washer with 35 water spray nozzles on 5 rows, water consumption approx. 20m³/h, motors 2.2kW with mechanical speed variation, operation platform included, emergency stop button avoids accidents.

Extraction Section

Raw tomato pulp receiving tank: volume f1600×2500mm, 3000L, buffer tank for pulp storage, sus 304 stainless steel single layer structure, half-open and cone-shaped structure, 2b plate polishing welding line inside and outside 300 meshes.
Tubular pre-heater: model TW10B-22, dimension 8950×3600×2200mm (L*W*H), rating capacity 22 tons/hour, steam required 2.1 tons/hour, power 56.5kW, water 0.2 tons/hour, tubular structure with end plates, 1 set of circulation pump, 1 set of centrifuge pump for condensed water, steam valve pneumatic control from Spirax Sarco, pressure transmitter assembled, PID control sensors and signals integrated in central control panel, high heat exchanging area, outlet at 60~85°C adjustable, inactivation of pectolitic enzymes when working at hot break (max 98°C) and preheating of chopped tomatoes (70°C) when working at cold break, product kept circulating through tubular wide surface heat exchanger and holding tank by centrifugal pump, system assures immediate inactivation of pectolitic enzymes by injecting incoming raw material into recycling hot product flow.
Double-stage finisher: type TW5A-25, dimension 2400×1300×2000mm (L*W*H), power 45kW, rating capability 25 tons/hour, water 0.1 tons/hour, standing-type structure in series double working procedure, rotating speed 840rpm for first stage and 970rpm for second stage, mesh diameter first stage f1.5mm, mesh diameter second stage f0.6mm, sus 304 stainless steel where material is touched.
