    2. Open steam coil for direct heating of dye liquor
    3. Close steam coil for indirect steam heating of dye liquor
  3. Fabric Handling Components
    1. 2 expander bars, independently from each other with upper stainless steel guide roller, and each with an adjustable bow bar to eliminate fabric creases
    2. 2 heavy duty main rollers; each with a coupling/uncoupling device and manual selvedge augment handles
    3. 1 set of doors with rubber framed safety glass windows
    4. 1 set of splash board for recollection of dye liquor during dyeing cycle
    5. 1 hood with rubber framed safety glass windows, upper close steam coil, open steam coil and gutters for the recollection of condensed steam during dyeing cycle
    6. 1 a-frame debatching unit driving by jig gear box, to load/unload fabric
  4. Pump and Gear Box
    1. 1 circulation pump with adding tank, valve and starter box
    2. 1 specially designed gear box for constant fabric tension of 5-100 kgs at any running speed, ranging from 10/120 m/minute
  5. Motor and Speed Control
    1. 1 480 volt, two speed, 3 phase motor
    2. Low speed range: 10/60 m/minute

    4. Starting at low speed with automatic change over to desired high speed
  6. Control Box
    1. 1 automatic type J-16 control box, with fiber glass enclosure, for the control of:
      1. Manual speed (jogging) for loading of fabric
      2. Automatic low speed (10/60 m/minute) with automatic oscillation at end of passage
      3. Automatic high speed (60/120 m/minute) with automatic oscillation at end of passages
      4. Oscillation for balancing of wet roll once the jig has been stopped for sample taking or chemical adding
      5. Automatic temperature control on dye vat, via Omron digital temperature counter
      6. Automatic temperature control on hood, via Omron digital temperature counter and solenoid valve built into control box, to activate pneumatic steam valves (valves not supplied)
      7. Automatic control of number of passages via Omron digital passage counter and solenoid valve built into control box, to activate pneumatic steam valve (valve not supplied)
