Horizontal feeding lattice is PVC lattice, one in front of the spiked lattice and one behind the spiked lattice. Diameter of averaging and stripping rollers with pins: Φ380 mm, with three lines of pins on; the ends of the roller are anti-fiber-tangle. Vibrating plate is made of 1.2 mm thickness cold roll steel. Two infrared photoelectric control lights in the hopper feeder, can be moved for fiber height adjustment. Worm wheel manually adjusts the width of vibrating feeding hopper.
