Specifications
Boiler composed of a 42" i.d. longitudinal steam drum that runs front to rear casing and a 42" i.d. lower drum that runs from the bridge wall to the rear casing.
Two lower headers run along the furnace side walls and 2 1/2" and 3 1/4" o.d. watertubes connect the drum and headers.
Total heating surface of 2,857 sq. ft., of which 541 sq. ft. are in the waterwalls.
Furnace volume is 1,168 cu. ft.
"VL" design provides wide flexibility for firing a variety of fuels and is suitable for hogged fuels such as wood, sawdust, bark and bagasse; also conventional fuels like coal, gas or oil can be burned.
Boiler built in accordance with ASME code and N.B. stampings.

Equipped with a Cleaver Brooks combination forced draft burner for gas/#2 oil firing.
Forced draft fan with motor.
Fully automatic electric positioning combustion control panel with flame safeguard system and all boiler valve trim, regulators and controls as described per the attached data sheet.
