Cleaver Brooks 600 hp packaged firetube boiler, model CBLE700-600, originally constructed in 1997 in accordance with the asme code, section i for a design pressure of 200 psig.
Four-pass, dryback design with 3000 square feet of fireside heating surface.
Shell is insulated with two inches of compressed fiberglass and covered with a heavy gauge sheet steel casing.
Fully modulating forced draft burner is integrally mounted, piped and wired on the boiler front allowing for ease of flame observation, set-up and maintenance.
Factory mounted trim and controls include but are not limited to: low nox burner with integral fgr for 60 ppm nox emissions, firing natural gas; primary low water cut-off, mcd&m no. 193a; secondary low water cut-off, probe type; boiler valve trim, feedwater stop and check valves, blowdown valves, surface blow-off metering valve, vent valve and safety relief valves per asme code; water column with sight glass, tri-cocks, and drain valve mounted on the primary low water cut-off; single point electrical entrance box and control panel with rigid and seal-tite wiring conduit; boiler/burner control center consisting of a cb-hawk primary flame control and detector, motor starters, relays, limit switches, alarm bell, indicating lights, control circuit transformer, low fire hold control and manual potentiometer with selector switch and wiring connections for a day/night set switch and remote start/stop switch; pressure gauge with isolation valve and stack thermometer; steam pressure limit switches, operating limit, safety limit with manual reset, modulating pressure controller and low fire hold control; iri and fm insurance approvals; national board certified and u.l. label.
