Overview
Diameter 2000×3500s (with 4 free yarn carrier).
Indirect heating system reduces vessel’s air pressure so as to reduce water’s boiling point through evacuation to produce low temperature saturated steam.
Saturated steam from low temperature to high temperature ensures yarn mellowing treatment.
Basic Machine Data
Capacity: 1000 kg (base on cotton yarn cones by pin trolley).
Tank model: diameter of tank 2000 mm, usable length 3500 mm.
Outer dimensions: L 6000 mm, W 2300 mm, H 2300 mm.
Insulation layer: 70 mm rock-wool with aluminum outer cover.
Door opening mode: automatic up opening door by oil pump with 0.75 kW electric motor.
Configuration and Description
Tank material: stainless steel 304.
Vacuum pump: Nash-Elmo 2BV5 water ring with 15 kW electric motor (former vacuum pump of Siemens).
Oil pump: Italy Marzocchi.
PLC: Japanese Mitsubishi.
Fully automatic program process control with micro computer HG800D: the process control regulates the steaming or conditioning process automatically according to pre-set data comprising temperature, time and number of cycles; by pushing the start button, the pre-set program starts automatically; micro-computer HG800D with 5” blue LCD screen indicating all important process data; it permits more than 100 different steaming programs to be stored and reproduced; the rise to a set maximum temperature can be adjusted following a temperature gradient (temperature increase per minute); the necessary values for primary, intermediate and final vacuum are selected automatically and in accordance with the pre-set temperatures; 60-day processes record ensures quality feedback and tracing; English controls and instruction manuals; the control cabinet equipped with Mitsubishi PLC (programmable logic controller); the control desk with various lamps and keys and functions control button.
Loading system: automatic flap gate for manual transport of yarn trolleys or pallets into and out of steamer at floor level; when the door is opening, the pneumatically operated flap gate will get automatically lowered; before the door is closing, the flap gate will automatically raised.
Free yarn carrier: 4 pin-trolleys made of stainless steel according customer yarn cones size.
Consisting of: all necessary fittings, as water gauge, control valves and temperature sensor, pressure sensor, safety valve, inhaler, pipeline etc. for steaming operation control.
Required Utility Sources and Consumption Data
Electricity: required utility sources 480 V, 60 Hz; max. connected load 15 kWh; consumption per ton 4 kWh.
Steam: required utility sources min. 4 bar; max. connected load 300 kgs/hr; consumption per ton 75 kgs.
Cooling water: required utility sources min. 2 bar; max. connected load 20 liters/min; consumption per ton 500 liters.
Feed water: required utility sources max. hardness 100 mgr/ltr CaCO3; max. connected load 15 liters/min; consumption per ton 40 liters.
Compressed air: required utility sources pres. ~5 bar; max. connected load 3 m3/hr; consumption per ton 3 m3/hr.
Remarks
Consumption figures based on 80 deg. Celsius conditioning temperature.
Cooling water for vacuum pump: optimal water temperature 15 deg. Celsius, however not higher than 25 deg. Celsius, otherwise loss of suction effect.
Mill Installation and Transport Charges
For the mechanical and electrical installation of the mill, the client is expected to provide his own personnel, such as fitters, one welder and one electrician and helpers.
All utility connections such as water, electricity, steam and air pressure must be brought to machine installation site and ready for connection to the mill supplied.
The foundation work has to be completed, based on and in line with our foundation plan.
At a separate price we will delegate one technician to assist in the installation work once the above foundation work and utility requirements are confirmed to have been completed.
Our technician will provide adequate instructions on operation and maintenance of the equipment to your operators based on an operation and maintenance manual provided with the mill.
After completion of the agreed installation, our technician will formally hand over the mill to the client against a signed hand-over and acceptance certificate.
We are responsible for the charges for delegation of one of our technicians as follows: normal working time of 8 hours per working day for a max. period of 8 days; whereby travel time to and from site are included in the above 8 days; health and accident insurance coverage when staying abroad.
Warranty Period
The warranty covers only exchange of defective parts (without freight and taxes).
