  1. Overview
    1. Uses hot-melt pur for paste
    2. No solvent, poisonous gases, explosions or burning risk
    3. No oven, no exhaust gas, low energy consumption, less than 30 kw
    4. Gravure transfer or slot die coating can be dot coating or other patterns
    5. This is a 2 stage process
    6. Thermoplastic phase: the hotmelt becomes liquid during application and solid after application, providing the initial bonding strength
    7. Reactive phase: the pur starts cross linking under influence of humidity and temperature; after full reaction, the cross linked pur shows its final properties, which is irreversible
