Description

  1. Overview
    1. Programmable bending, cutting and welding machine for the production of round wire closed spring mattress frames fed from coil.
    2. The operator programs the frame size into the machine's industrial computer.
    3. The software calculates the total wire length required taking into account the radius of curvature of the bending roller.
    4. The machine automatically feeds, straightens, measures and cuts the required length for the spring mattress frame producing a circular wire loop.
    5. Then the machine automatically brings together (joins) the two ends of the wire loop and welds them. The welding makes the wire ends inseparable under a big amount of external force.
    6. The welded wire loop is automatically transferred to the bending unit where the required bends are performed. To increase precision and productivity the machine bends simultaneously two frames at a time.
    7. The location of the welding can be adjusted with respect to the bending location.
    8. The frames are produced in a vertical (standing) position dropping on to a special stacker.
    9. The machine has been engineered with the utmost precision to ensure long, trouble-free performance and maximum customer satisfaction.
    10. The machine fulfills all the directives of the European community in regard to machine operation, health and safety requirements.
