  1. Overview
    1. Single-side machine for soft-winding and rewinding of synthetic filament yarns.
    2. 60 spindles.
    3. Highest flexibility for various package types: dyeing process, rewinding of dyed packages, rewinding of singed packages, and special packages requiring maximum precision.
  2. General Features
    1. Spindles are absolutely independent and programmable for all parameters via the touch screen on the headstock.
    2. Machine section composed of 5 winding units, from a minimum of 5 spindles up to a maximum of 60 spindles.
    3. Each winding unit has two drive motors: one brushless motor for package speed (winding speed) and one step motor for the thread guide, both driven by an electronic controller.
    4. Different working speeds and crossing angles can be set on every unit.
    5. Absorbed power per spindle at 500 m/min = 45 W; at 1200 m/min = 180 W.
  3. Headstock
    1. All working parameters are set on the machine headstock where the controller is placed and commands.
    2. Security and protection systems for the operator according to European norms.
    3. Control unit with keyboard and display to set winding speed, package formation, density of take-up packages, package measuring and diameter; also controls efficiency and statistics per side and per spindle.

  4. Package Formation
    1. Precision winding system according to yarn processed (count, material, colour, etc.) and based on the next process of the package.
    2. Three winding types: precycone (constant pitch curve), densycone (automatic variable pitch according to package diameter), isoangle (fixed crossing angle during whole process).
    3. Possibility to produce conical or cylindrical packages with perfectly vertical lateral wall, tapering or biconical, with different geometry according to customer requirement.
  5. Electronic Counterweight System (Package Density Control)
    1. Controls the weight of the package during winding and sets the density produced.
    2. Important for dyeing packages where homogeneous density is needed from beginning to end.
    3. Bobbin density control with tolerance up to +/- 0.005 gr/cm³.
    4. Package diameter control fixes exact connection between metering and final package diameter.
  6. Precision Meter Counter System
    1. Tolerance up to +/- 0.20%.

    1. Tube-holder arm driven by brushless motor; yarn guide driven by step motor.

    3. Motorized overfeed device: sand-blasted roll driven by brushless motor for checking and reducing tension of yarn unwound from feed package; operator can decide overfeed rolls’ speed from interface.
    4. Ceramic regulation rod allows control of yarn winding position on the roll.
    5. Electronic yarn tension controller (option) with possibility to establish average winding tension (spindle by spindle or total spindles); tension resolution of 0.1 gr; comb version for continuous filament yarns, texturized polyester and nylon, or disc version for sample yarns.
