  2. Machine Structure
    1. Unwinding system
      1. Two units of unwinding devices, each equipped with fabric-releasing frame, tension adjusting device, edge device and fabric feeding roller
      2. The base fabric goes through the tension device and photoelectric absorption device
      3. The lamination fabric goes through a tension device and photoelectric correcting device
      4. The frame is made of 100mm×50mm square pipe
    2. Coating system
      1. Finishing engraved roll, hard chrome coated, diameter 240mm, wall thickness 18mm
      2. The rubber rollers use silicone rubber material, 160mm in diameter
      3. The rubber rollers are controlled by the pneumatic system
      4. Finishing scraper, limit stopper at both sides
      5. The system is controlled by a 1.5kW cycloidal needle wheel type motor
      6. One working table, 4 fabric guide rollers
      7. There is one glue tank under the engraved roller made of stainless steel

    3. Laminating system
