Structure and Characteristics
Composed of framework, hydraulic system, and electrical control system.
Framework, door and cotton pressing plate are made of welded box iron and steel plate. Door lock is eccentric type, which is stable, reliable and convenient operating.
Piston pole in cylinder is connected with cotton pressing plate. Material to be compacted via the up and down movement into the baling chamber.
Hydraulic chamber is located on the right of framework. Hydraulic oil piping on framework to be connected with outlet on oil tank via high-pressure flexible pipe.
Piston pole in cylinder to be controlled with manual conversion valve.
Double-gear oil pump.
