    3. Chill roll: 1,800 mm diameter, water chilled
  4. Mdo, Tdo And Pull Rolls
    1. MDO: by 12 chromium plated rolls, thermal oil heated
    2. TDO: by heated oven, with thermal oil heat exchanger for net film width 6200 mm
    3. Pull rolls: chromium plated rolls with chilled water

    1. On line slitting: for 3-4 rolls

  6. Surface Treatment And Thickness Gauge
    1. Flame treatment (Esseci - 1984) on the internal side
    2. Corona treatment (Mero - 2006) on the external side
    3. Thickness gauge X ray (Electronic System - 2004) with feedback on the thermal bolts of the flat die

    1. Electric cabinets: with digital Eurotherm drives and encoder on the motors (2004)
