Configuration
A frame entry feeding: unroll device at entry with device for tangential big roll, motorized, synchronized with motorization at exit; the arms of the device are driven by air pistons, with a pressure regulator to have a gradual descent of the contact cylinder, depending on the roll diameter. Feeding cylinder Ø160 covered with rubber tape.
Screw roll at entry: motorized screw cylinder in steel to open the edges. Cylinder with double spiral round wire.
Main motorisation: set of motorized draw cylinders Ø120/160 covered with rubber tape, synchronized with the winding device by electronic compensator (dancing roll).
Free cylinders: set of free cylinders Ø75 in aluminium (star section).
Compensator: dancing roll electronically controlled by special potentiometer for the synchronisation of motorisations.
Winding device: auto centering mono-block frame consisting of 2 draw motorized cylinders Ø160, synchronized with main motorisation. Compaction of roll by expandely pulley regulated by hand-wheel, motorized screw roll, adjustable side guides, set of free cylinders Ø75, special helicoidal screw with ball bearings for the lateral movement of the frame in order to keep the roll centered, photocells to control automatically the movement of centering, safety guards in front.
Characteristics
Mechanical speed adjustable by potentiometer, possibility of manual or automatic start, adjustable speed from 0 to 60 mts/min (real speed on the base of fabric type).
Motorisation by inverters.
Electrical board panel with push buttons for all individual functions and reset; panel of easy reading with universal symbols.
Automatic control of fabric tension to get a free tension, or, alternatively, to set up a percentage of tension by special dancing roller controlled electronically, interactive with inverter, self-adjustable automatically, to obtain a free tension or the set-up percentage for every speed changement.
