  1. Overview
    1. DG235 series package dyeing machine suitable for processing natural and synthetic fibers and their blends: 100% cotton, poly/cotton, polyester, poly/wool, acrylic, nylon, ramie/cotton, woolen, etc.
    2. Accepts different modules of carrier, versatile enough to process a large variety of yarn make-ups e.g. cones, muffs, cakes, hanks, loose stock, tops, warp beams, cheeses, etc.
    3. Newest construction of integral type heat exchanger, centrifugal pump and 180° flow reversal valve, without external circulation piping for space saving by 20%.
    4. Low ratio 1:6 ~ 1:7 for great saving of dyes, auxiliary agents, steam and water, also minimizes waste drain.
    5. Main kier and all wet parts are made of highly corrosion resistant stainless steel.
    6. Newly special pump for dyeing is for high efficiency, high performance and energy saving; motor of the main pump is controlled by frequency inverter.
    7. Heat exchanger of high efficiency.
    8. Newest type 180° flow reversal valve device for flow reversal without dead time increases number of circulations to minimize shade unevenness.
