Description Overview Frame structures formed by high quality welding carbonaceous steel, through shaped treatment, both up and down crossbeams are processed refined. Needle beam and working beam are backfired and shaped. Oil tank adopts circulated lubrication; the axletree in the trunk is imported originally. Materials of main axletree adopt 40cr and are made finely after high quality finishing. Materials of guiding beam adopt 38crmoal; the surface adopts nitric finishing and is milled very carefully. Construction and Components The lifting and dropping of the needle beam (bottom plate) is controlled by grade 6 worm wheel electromotor, while stripper plate is manual. The surface of outputting and inputting roller is plated by hard chromium, driven separately by inverters and adjusted by cylinder. Needle plate adopts aluminum-magnesium alloy plate, with irregular computerized perforating; needle hole is φ1.83 mm. The bottom plate and stripping plate, which surface plated by hard chromium, both adopt δ12 mm mangnic armour plate. Features The machine has the function of up-limit to reduce the needle breaking rate due to improper operation.
