  2. Pattern Cutting Machine
    1. Heavy duty clutch type machine; clutch system avoids parts damage during full loading
    2. Fitted with a pair of 36" length plain roller, paper roll shaft, paper roll shaft adjustments, draw roller assembly carriage set with pattern cutting knife suitable for 5.57 only
    3. Grinding dust collected by blower
    4. Driven by one 1.5 hp motor for main drive and one 1.5 hp motor for grinder drive with suitable starters
    5. Production: 35 patterns per minute
  3. Semi Automatic Paper Cone Winding Machine
    1. Heavy duty clutch type machine for all types of cone winding
    2. Has a glue tank with glue applying roller for the patterns
    3. Facilities for manufacturing all types of cones by changing the cone making spindle and press bar
    4. Pattern feeding done manually to the spindle; ejection by pneumatic system
    5. Fitted with only one type of spindle; other types at extra cost
    6. Fitted with water cleaning provision for cone outside cleaning

    1. Performs cone velvetting for all types of cones and bottom side grooving

    4. Spindle can be changed quickly; velvet roller adjusted for any angle

  7. Fully Automatic Paper Cone Winding With Heater Machine
    1. Heavy duty with clutch system
    2. Fitted with paper roll shaft assembly, inside printing attachment, outside printing attachment, inside and outside grinding assembly with dust collection assembly, pattern cutting carriage assembly with suitable knife, clip method paper cone winding assembly, cone ejection air system assembly, automatically paste applying assembly, cone base and nose cutting provision with paper waste collection blower, belt type cone moving conveyor system, chain method moving conveyor assembly, and cone sticking assembly
