    6. Heavy duty gear reducer with integrated thrust bearing
    7. Herringbone high torque gearing, ratio 14:1 with 550 hp rating
    8. New temperature control panel with 13 zones, all solid state controls and contactors, including screen changer zones and die zones
    9. Drive motor belt driven into the gear reducer
    10. All new heavy duty long life “Starflex” type barrel heaters
    11. All new barrel wiring and many other upgrades

    1. Machine condition “reconditioned”
    2. Work program includes motor rebuilt, new barrel heaters and wiring, rebuilt blowers, new extruder screw to customer specifications, new insert liner into feed throat
    3. Any and all wiring throughout to be checked and repaired or replaced as required
    4. Barrel covers to be modified and allow for air escape and insulated
    5. All guards and protective devices to be installed in conformance with safety codes

    1. Electric’s can be either 480/3/60 or 415/3/50
    2. Motor options: rebuilt 220 kW (290 hp) DC drive motor belt driven to extruder
    3. Bull DC motor (other motor options available)
    4. At present no drive motor controller is offered as input voltage to final destination is not known
    5. Screw is not built as it awaits final customer specification when extruder is sold
