  1. Overview
    1. Consists of three rollers: a top heating steel roller, a middle nylon roller, and a bottom steel carrier roller.
    2. When the fabric goes through the top calendering point and the bottom calendering point, the friction roller runs faster according to the required friction rate so that the fabric will be bright and soft.
    3. The speed of the friction roller is faster than the other rollers by 30% to 300%.
    4. The friction rate is according to customer needs, usually 30%.
    5. The machine can also do ordinary calendering.
