  2. As-100 Vacuum Nozzle
    1. One (1) as 2000 mm, UHMW polymer slot mounted on a 100 mm round stainless steel tube that has been teflon coated both inside and out for lubrication as well as non-corrosion of surface.
    2. Slot sealing is provided by auto seal.
    3. This precision edge guiding system constantly tracks the fabric selvage and automatically seals the unused portion of the nozzle.
    4. Air is distributed through the fabric, not around it, thereby insuring uniform moisture removal.
  3. Mvb-Fr/Vfc Vacuum Station
    1. Pumping: one (1) vacuum pump capable of delivering the required cfm at 15” hg.
    2. Drive: 25 hp motor mounted on suitable base.
    3. Piping: one (1) discharge separator silencer.
    4. All of the above mounted on a heavy duty steel base to decrease installation time.
  4. Control Panel
    1. One (1) NEMA 12 enclosure.
    2. One (1) circuit breaker.
    3. One (1) 25 hp inverter with overload protection.
    4. One (1) range interlock relay for controlling system on range start-up and shutdown.
    5. All necessary oil tight buttons and pilot lights for operation of system.
    6. Complete vacuum level control system with computerized vacuum regulation, which automatically regulates the vacuum level by varying the speed of the vacuum pump motor. This allows for precise control even during range start-up and shut-down, while at the same time using only the minimum power required on demand. May also be operated in manual mode.
    7. Vacuum deviation-warning signals. These notify operator of improper vacuum levels, thereby eliminating variations in fabric moisture levels.
  5. Cls 1000 Continuous Separator
    1. This system’s primary function is the removal of lint and water from the air stream when processing fabrics containing lint. Water and lint are removed from the air stream continuously so range efficiency is not affected by stopping the machine to clean basket type filters.
    2. A 700 mm od, 11 gauge type coated steel separator tank with a 150 mm tangential inlet and a 150 mm horizontal discharge. The tangential inlet creates a cycloidal motion which pulls the heavier liquid and lint to the bottom of the tank.
    3. 700 mm od quick access hatch on the top of the stream for internal inspection and easy clean up.
    4. High level alarm circuit which monitors the internal conditions of the separator.
    5. One (1) specially constructed drain pump 2 hp.
    6. 11 gauge steel cabinet, which has been epoxy coated, houses all controls and valving.
    7. All necessary pneumatic and electrical controls make this system operate in a fully automatic manner.
    8. Unit pre-assembled on heavy duty stainless steel base.
