The automatic down and feather filling machine is mainly used to produce jacket, sleeping bag, cushion, pillow, pads and comforters that made by down and feather material by computerized weighing system.
Four hopper-system for heavy duty for constant supply
Its technical is adopted the vacuum filling function that does not hurt the material and keeps the original elasticity and soft hand feeling.
Accuracy weighing results that the tolerance can be only 0.2 gram. It can be adjusted according to the production requirement and choose total error or single error from the control panel, so that assured for the production quality and material waste controlling.
The whole line can be handled by only PC180 operator by very simple operation which saves you a big amount of labor costs.
All the materials are closed inside of hoppers which rotating without any dust that avoids affecting the working area. It will advance your company image.
Most of the electric key components are adopted the import one, so that the quality is reliable and stable.
The whole line operation is controlled by PLC system which is researched and produced according to the highest technology in the world.
According to different quantity and quality production requirement the machine control panel can be set up for 100 group of recipe and each recipe can be 80 sets different weight value for filling options, so that satisfied for filling different parts of the same production.
High working capacity that the average weighing time can be 4 to 6 seconds and the filling time can be adjusted flexible.
