Description
Overview
High speed mixing head with capacity for up to 25 independent streams.
Transfer (mixer) with 300 kg capacity and 4 + 4 discharge valves (4 for polyol mixture, 4 for iso).
The transfer has 2 separate compartments where the polyol blend and the iso are stored separately before passing into the mixing chamber.
The transfer is connected to an electrical hoist and goes down to near the bottom of the mould for discharging.
Stainless steel mixing chamber for final mixing and radial pouring into the mould.
The speed and time of mixing is adjustable through the computer and can be set as convenient for each formula.
Main Streams
1 polyol stream with a 2,000 liter stainless steel tank equipped with motor and pump.
1 isocyanate stream with a 1,000 liter stainless steel tank equipped with motor and pump.
Additive Streams
1 amine stream with a 100 liter stainless steel tank equipped with motor and pump.
1 silicone stream with a 100 liter stainless steel tank equipped with motor and pump.
1 water stream with a 100 liter stainless steel tank equipped with motor and pump.
1 stannous tin stream with a 100 liter stainless steel tank equipped with motor and pump.
1 cleaning water line for washing the mixer at the end of the workday.
Mould
One rectangular mould measuring 3 m x 2 m x 1.25 m (these measurements can be altered to suit the customer).
Cycle
The machine can produce a block every five minutes, as when set to produce more than one block, the polyol mixture is loaded and transferred to the mixer, immediately after another load of polyol is loaded into the transfer and so on.
As soon as the mould is positioned it is only necessary to press the start button (during this process the isocyanate is being loaded simultaneously for each batch into a separate compartment of the transfer).

Variable Pressure Controlled Chamber
The benefits of this chamber are that you can produce different densities by varying the pressure inside the chamber.
Lower densities by using negative pressure (vacuum) and higher densities by using positive pressure.
By using this mechanism you achieve lower production costs.
The chamber has one trap door (on the top for the mixer) with automatic opening and closing, and one main door for the mould to go in and out.
It is equipped with a digital pressure control and an electronic translator that monitors the process.
The pressure is set on the computer when the formula is selected.
Additional Information
Necessary space for this machine: 20 m x 3 m.
The building should be 6 meters high in the area of the machine.
Gas exhaust system: it is necessary to install an exhaust tube with 250 mm diameter to transport the gases out of the building, this can be vertically directly through the roof or through a side wall.
Maximum electrical use: 17 kW.
Maximum compressed air use: 50 L/minute.
This machine can be equipped with individual temperature in the service tanks.
