Description Overview FG133 machine equipped with two streams. Transfer with capacity of 300 kilos with discharge valves (4 valves for polyol with additives + 4 valves for isocyanate). The transfer has two separate compartments where the polyol and the isocyanate are stored separately before passing into the mixing cone. Stainless steel mixer chamber for final mixing and radial pouring into mould. The speed and time of mixing is adjustable to suit the type of foam being produced. It is also easy to change the kind of mixer. Streams 1 stream for isocyanate (this can be used for mdi or tdi). 1.000 liter tank equipped with valves, electro valves, motor and pump. 1 stream for polyol. 1.000 liter tank for polyol equipped with mixer, valves, electro valves, motor and pump. Additional Equipment 1 cleaning water line for washing the cone at the end of the workday. Mould for a rectangular block with 3m x 2m x 1.2m (measure inside the mould can be adjusted to the convenience of the customer).
