  2. Main Frame
    1. Main roller: 3 rollers.
    2. Fabric width: 2400 mm.

    4. Main roller diameters: steel roll 500 mm, polyamide roll 510 mm, cotton roll 540 mm.
    5. Roll arrangement: top roll is cotton roll, middle roll is steel roll (chromium coated), bottom roll is hydraulic polyamide roll.
    6. Max linear pressure: 300 kg/cm.
    7. Heating system: steel roll includes internal heating system with thermal oil up to 200 °C.
    8. Installed power required: total ca. 67.70 kW.
    9. Main drive motor: ca. 15.00 kW.
    10. Winder unit motor: ca. 2.20 kW.
    11. Hydraulic unit motor: ca. 7.50 kW.

    14. Main rolls mounted on ball bearings of extremely good quality; bearing cases can move upwards and downwards without resistance by means of grooves on backsides of bearings for easy maintenance.
    15. Fabric opening system: eliminates wrinkles before rollers and ensures fabric enters main roller plain and stretched.
    16. Automatic cooling system: cools rollers in contact with steel roll using pipes connected to blow-out fans with high flow rate; adjustable blowing-pipe enables cooling of various sections.
    17. Seam detector: detects fabric seams that may damage rollers, provides temporary space between rollers, and returns to former position after seam passes.
    18. Guidance rollers: two rubber coated directional rollers within the main frame.
    19. Static electric elimination system.
  3. Inlet Unit
    1. Inlet stretching: adjusts the stretching level of fabric from inlet to exit.
    2. Metal detector: detects metal particles (pins, staples, etc.) and stops the machine automatically to prevent roller damage.
    3. Fabric edge holder (corrector): ensures fabric passes through rollers continuously in straight form; detects left and right movements via circuit cutters (sensors) and centers the fabric; adjustable according to fabric width.
    4. Guidance rollers: five rubber coated directional rollers.
  4. Winder Unit
    1. Winder unit puller: ensures fabric entering the winder unit is warped on it.
    2. Expander: removes wrinkles before fabric is wrapped on the winder unit for straight wrapping.
    3. Dancer system: ensures synchronization between main motor and winder unit motor.
    4. Pistons: two pneumatic winder unit lifting pistons.
    5. Guidance rollers: rubber coated directional rollers within the winder unit.
  5. Folder Unit
    1. Bundle pulling cylinder: ensures fabric entering the cylinder is pulled.
    2. Guidance cylinders: rubber coated.
    3. Pressure cylinder: rubber-coated pressure cylinder that helps fabric passage by applying pressure on bundle drawing cylinder.
    4. Swinging arms: folding length adjustment of fabrics performed via holes located on the arm.
  6. Hydraulic Unit
    1. Attains requested linear pressure via pumps and hydraulic pistons connected to the unit.
    2. Automatically stops when system reaches desired pressure value.
    3. Hydraulic controlled as PLC; existing value can be read from electrical panel indicators.
  7. Control Panel
    1. All adjustments of the machine can be made and monitored by the PLC screen.
    2. Temperature control: desired temperature value is adjusted and resistances start; upper or lower temperature limit (cooling unit start value) can be set.
    3. Working speed of the machine and working direction of rollers can be adjusted and monitored.
    4. Following the fabric material passing through the machine.
    5. Pressure value can be monitored and hydraulic unit can be started automatically by setting values.
    6. Machine stop and start actions can be made.
  8. Electrical Panel
    1. Covers the drive systems of motors, contactors, fuses and other materials.
