Overview

1. Automatic line for the production of pillows and cushions, whose important feature is the big productivity.

2. System composed of a stuffing machine complete with automatic feeding belt to convey the product (rolled carded fibre, memory foam, visco latex and similar).

3. System for positioning the pillowcase or cover.

4. Automatic sewing system with overlock machine (3 or 4 yarns).

5. Labelling device (cut of label from the roll to be folded and included into the seam without affecting production time).

6. Program suitable for different types and sizes of pillows.

7. Suitable for different kinds of fibre of different weights and for several products such as visco latex, memory foam, polyurethane and similar.

8. Suitable for different kinds of pillowcases and covers, in cotton, nonwoven fabric or stretch fabric.

Production Cycle

1. The operator inserts the cover and starts the automatic cycle.

2. Automatic feeding and stuffing of the material.

3. Pillow positioning to the sewing line.

4. Pillow closing with label.

Stuffing System and Automatic Cover Device

1. Electronic stuffing machine with cover tensioning.

2. Machine can be adjusted to suit the different sizes and dimensions of the product to be performed with the different kinds of cover.

3. Special automatic device keeps the cover during the automatic stuffing, transferring the pillow up to the sewing phase.

4. As soon as the cover is placed by the operator, the machine starts the automatic alignment, squaring and tension of the cover, in order to get a performing product.

Automatic Sewing System With Labelling Device

1. Electronic high speed overlock, 1 needle – 3 yarns for 5 mm seam or 2 needles – 4 yarns for 7 mm seam.

2. Equipped with trimmer and sensors to start and stop the sewing.

3. Complete with an automatic device to cut and fold the label from the roll and include it into the seam in the requested position, without affecting productivity.

Automatic Feeding System

1. Rolled carded fibre with foam, memory foam, visco latex, polyurethane foam or similar are fed to the system from this belt with electronic devices.

Optional Equipment

1. On demand, a special conveyor for manual feeding can be supplied; the same operator can place the product and then the cover, without affecting the productivity.

2. Automatic conveying system on demand (optional).
