    4. Winder motor rating: 5.0 N.m.
    5. Depending on weaving construction, size, weight of fabric as well as tape quality.
  6. Technical Schedule
    1. The system mainly consists of the following components.
  7. Two Creels
    1. To be fitted/mounted with warp bobbins (cores not included).
  8. Warp Break Detecting System
    1. Each tape is passing through a compensator which is responsible for tape length compensation and which shuts down the machine automatically if a broken tape makes a contact.
    2. The warp break is indicated by one of pilot lamps arranged in six sectors of the loom’s circumstance.
  9. Weft Break Detecting System
    1. A magnetic sensor monitors the continuous tape supply.
    2. In case of an eventually broken weft, the haul-off speed is automatically reduced to 2/3 of standard speed in order to avoid a visible weft fault.
  10. Weft End System
    1. One ‘color sensor’ monitors end of the weft tape and stops the machine before tape is completely exhausted from the weft core.
    2. This will reduce the chances of weft faults in the fabric.
    3. To be used only with black bobbin cores (black tapes require light cores).
  11. Four Manual Control Units
    1. Consisting of start, interlocking stop and inch switches.
    2. The control switches, mounted on brackets, are easily accessible to the operator from every point around the loom.
  12. Central Drive System
    1. A central shaft is driven via V-belts by an AC motor.
    2. Two speeds can be selected.
    3. The rotating cam controls the shedding motion and drives the shuttles.
  13. Circular Reed
    1. With reed for guiding the shuttles and with the provision of 720 dents.
  14. Eight Shuttle Assembly
    1. With drive roller and brake arrangement.
  15. Fabric Haul-Off
    1. Speed of cloth haul-off is infinitely variable.
    2. The desired weft density can be adjusted by means of keys on the loom controller and can also be modified during the operation of the machine.
  16. Surface Winder
    1. Designed for winding up the tubular cloth or length of fabric on cores.
    2. The winding tension can be controlled progressively.
  17. Accessories Included with Standard Model
    1. Two weaving gauge rings.
    2. Loom controller.
  18. Loom Controller
    1. The central computerized control unit of the loom serves for adjustment of the weft density.
    2. Setting the desired running meters to be wound on the cloth roll.
    3. It allows the manual control of the haul-off speed without starting the machine.
    4. It is provided with the following indications of machine data: 4 – shift meter counter including summation counter, weft speed indicator, indication of haul-off speed, indication of roll change, fault indication.
    5. Machine evaluation system: this module determines for each shift the following additional data and evaluates them: cutting-in period of the machine, operating time of the machine, number of broken warp tapes, number of broken weft tapes, efficiency in percent.
