Overview

1. Equipment for yarn dyeing in cones or bobbins, fabrics or knit fabrics on cylindrical support, for working temperatures up to 130 °C and load up to 30 kg.

2. Equipment built-in stainless steel AISI 316 in all parts that come in direct contact with the dyeing bath, resistant to the products oxidation habitually used in industrial dyeing houses.

3. Manufactured with 2 pressure cylindrical vessels (kiers) in the horizontal position with automatic bath reversion device, with 2 pumps.

4. The main pump for the dyeing bath circulation and another secondary to generate pressure and to inject chemical products during the process.

5. Two manual valves permit the operation with half bath quantity (full capacity or half capacity of the machine).

6. Each head cover of the bodies sealed with silicon seal.

7. Expansion tank permits the constant bath exchange between inside vessel and outside expansion tank.

8. A cooler determines the possibility of this operation during high temperatures.

9. Shell and tubes heat exchanger fully manufactured in stainless steel.

10. Provided with necessary tubes and valves for a quality dyeing.

11. Stainless steel panel to control motors of the primary and secondary pumps, signaling and necessary electric materials and process accessories.

12. Main pump inverter to full changing of pump speed.

Utility Tank

1. Expansion tank: constant bath exchange between inside vessel and outside expansion tank with the next functions: bath return to the expansion tank, automatic recirculation.

2. Security: retention valve for protection of possible returns of the bath when the injection pump stops.

5. The panel will be provided in stainless steel and with the process controller Eliar T 200E.

6. The process controller works with the pneumatic valves as follows: at thermal cycle: 1 heating (steam valve), 1 water valve, 1 water valve return, 1 heat exchanger drain, 1 filling valve, 1 drain valve, 1 return valve, 1 tank drain valve.
