Overview
In-feed of two fabrics from rolls with a maximum diameter of 800 mm
Two fabrics are centered and guided independently, then overlapped along with a selvedge and sewn with a Juki sewing machine (1 needle, single yarn), resulting in a single piece of fabric
One frame with the sewing machine installed, mounted on prismatic guides and roller skate
Electric motor for the orthogonal movement and fabric advancement
Device for fabric edge alignment with double photocell and micrometric regulation
