GCM, 30 H, Roll Width 1200-2400mm, Max Roll Diameter 300mm, Manual Roll Pack Machine

Description

  1. Overview
    1. 30 H
    2. The packing machine is put to the outlet rolling part of the fabric inspection machine.
    3. The fabric that is on the rolling cylinders is rolled to the cylinders with pulling, by the operator.
    4. The edge cutting process is done with cutting motor.
    5. While the roll surrounds, the nylon film begins to feed at the same time and the nylon film enters between the fabrics and is cut after rolled to the fabric by blade.
    6. The nylon film layers are stack together with resistance that is raised between the rolling cylinders.
    7. When the fabric is rolled on the cylinders, the nylon film is wrinkled with hot bloom both two sides of the fabric and is stack to the front of the fabric with pressing the plates.
    8. The weight system is measured automatically when the roll nylon is on the cylinders. (Optional)
  2. Specifications
    1. Roll width: min. 1200mm - max. 2400mm.
    2. Roll diameter: min. 100mm – max. 300mm.
    3. Weight of roll: max. 100 kg.
    4. Max. nylon width: max. 2700mm.
    5. Nylon thickness: 60-120 micron.
    6. Packing capability: 60 roll/hour.
    7. Machine dimensions: width 3750mm, depth 500mm, height 1500mm.
    8. Paint type: electrostatic powder paint, main frame is painted RAL 7035 and covers RAL 7037.
  3. Cutting System
    1. End of the roll is cut by the single blade.
    2. Cutting blade moves by the start command of the operator and then turns back to start point.
    3. Optional.
  4. Packing Tray (P-3)
    1. The roll that is on the weight tray, bowled over to the packing tray by its one edge is open form.
    2. Operator loads the fabric roll by its one edge is open and bowled it on the rolling cylinders.
    3. Fabric that stays at board during the rotating process, is rolled to roll during the open edge of the roll comes to edge of the cylinder and few fabric is flown down from the edge of the cylinder.
  5. Nylon Feeding (P-2)
    1. The nylon film that is put under the packing tray, is transferred to the packing part and is transferred to the packing tray with pulling from the actuated cylinders.
  6. Width Welding (P-4)
    1. The nylon film’s edge that is cut is rolled a few on the fabric roll, the welding jaw which rises between the roller cylinders, contact the rolls surface from end to end and provide to weld the nylon film folds to each other.
  7. Edge Closing (P-5)
    1. Nylon film which is both two side of the roll is puckered by the heat-air and it is pressed to frontal area of the roll.
    2. Hot-air insufflate process, is done by the two different blowers which have thermal spring.
    3. The blowers are moving up-down and left-right from the diameter and length of roll in suitable position.
    4. The roll is round on the cylinders, the air blowers is came closer to the edge of the roll and providing to pucker the nylon film with heating.
    5. In this blower process, it is used Leister mark Vulcan <E> model 10kW 2 unit heat air blower.
  8. Weight System (Optional)
    1. The weight system is measured with helping the load cells that are put under the nylon rolling cylinders and the weight information is read on the digital panel.
    2. The information is transferred to the computer with RS-232 protocol.
  9. Motor Power
    1. Nylon feeding and rolling group 0.55kW-1400 rpm (50-20 frame)......2 unit.
    2. Nylon cutting movement 0.37kW-1400 rpm............................................1 unit.
    3. Motors’ mark is Gamak or Wat.
  10. Motor Driver
    1. 0.55kW........2 units drivers mark are Allen Bradley, and they are working between (±) %10 voltage alterations.
  11. Material
    1. Electrical and electronically materials are by Siemens or LG mark, buttons are Telemechanique, automation modules are LG marks.
    2. Pneumatic circuit element Rexroth or Festo mark.
