Stäubli 2511 dobby for 12 shafts. 13 x Sulzer Rüti L5000 airjet looms, model L1-1TNS-190-I, each equipped with: 4 heald frames, 5 drop bars. Loepfe TC1S thermocut edge sealing. Separate Grob batching motion. 2 integrated Sulzer weft-feeders. 2 warp beams, diameter 800 mm. Control and Monitoring All looms equipped with Tecnomen T216 modules. All looms connected to a central computer to oversee production and stops easily. Additional Weft-Feeders and Dobbies 12 pcs (2 x 6) Roj Super Elf weft-feeders, allowing 5 looms to be equipped with these instead of the original Sulzer weft-feeders. Two additional Stäubli 2511 dobbies that could be used as spares or mounted and retro-fitted on two of the 190-I looms. Included Ancillary Equipment Small machine to make the edge-sewing thread.
