Overview
1. Composed of five main machines: 1380 opening machine, H-2 vibrating cotton feeder, J-18 two doffer high output carding machine, J-250 cross lapper, and J-787 rolling and filling machine.
1380 Opening Machine
1. Cylinder diameter: 500 mm.
2. Equipment width: 1000 mm.
3. Power: 6.95 kW.
4. Opening is by carding wire plate.
5. Equipped with a draft fan for delivering fiber automatically.
6. Strong magnet for attracting metal impurities.
7. Cotton feeding machine is controlled photoelectrically for even feeding and opening.
H-2 Vibrating Cotton Feeder (Feed Hopper)
1. Equipment width: 1400 mm.
2. Power: 2.25 kW.
3. Equipped with two photoelectric constant-weight controllers and a vibrating plate.
4. First control phototube is used to make the opener feed uniformly.
5. Second control phototube and vibrating plate are applied together to control the fed fiber distribution density and uniformity.
J-18 Two Doffer High Output Carding Machine (Garnett)
1. Equipment width: 1500 mm.
2. Cylinder diameter: Φ1020 mm.
3. Doffer diameter: Φ500 mm.
4. Cylinder run-out: ≤0.05 mm.
5. Total power: 11.25 kW.
6. Suitable for chemical fiber including PET, PP with specification 2.5D-10D×60-102.
7. Single-cylinder, double doffer high-speed combing.
8. All rollers are accurately manufactured, shaped and modulated.
9. Feeding roller is controlled by frequency inverter.
10. Anti-metal protection device is used at the material entrance of the machine.
J-250 Cross Lapper
1. Output apron width: 2800 mm.
2. Output apron speed: 1-6 m/min.
3. Reciprocating apron speed: 8-40 m/min.
4. Total power: 7.7 kW.
5. All devices are controlled separately by frequency inverter, improving web quality.
J-787 Rolling and Filling Machine (Pillow Stuffing Machine)
