Overview
1. Open width continuous felt compacting machine with tenter for open knitted fabrics.
2. Makes continuous spreading, centering, pinning fabrics selvedge on needles with automatic photocells.
3. Widening with overfeeding and corrections of the weft and width.
4. Steaming, gumming, drying, trimming fabrics selvedge, steaming, calendaring, cooling and rolling-up with automatic alignment of the fabrics roll edge or folding in carriage.
5. The compacting machine allows getting high shrinkage values.
6. Suitable to treat 100% cotton fabrics, blended cotton pique, interlock, flush, rib, indigo-dyed denim fabric gives a highly successful mechanical shrinkage.
